At Genie Bags, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your bag in its original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
